Green Tier Awarded to PPI

Professional Plating Inc. is pleased to announce our acceptance into the Green Tier Environmental Stewardship Program by the State of Wisconsin. Green Tier accepts businesses that go beyond current rules and regulations to reduce their impact in the environment.

During a ceremony in the new 65,000 sq. ft. addition, Wisconsin DNR Secretary Matthew Frank presented Larry Dietz, GM and Rob Ansems Zinc Business Team and Environmental Manager a plaque proclaiming PPI as a Green Tier Member.

Larry Dietz said “with our acceptance into the Green Tier Program we are once again raising the bar to look for new ways to enhance our positive environmental footprint. We remain committed to being a key employer for over 130 full time team members while having the core values to do the right things for our team, the community and the environment”.

Steve Endries speaking on behalf of the ownership said “stick to your core values, long term they will drive success”. He went on to say “the last thing we need to do is cause harm to our neighbors and friends in our community. No amount of money or financial gain should compromise one’s integrity. Knowing that we meet customer needs while carrying forward with the core values that were in place since inception of the business is something we should be proud of”.

The ceremony was witnessed by state and local dignitaries along with all team members of PPI.
