Professional Plating recently announced the donation of $10,000 to the Brillion Public School District's proposed state-of-the-art STEM Center. STEM is a curriculum based on the idea of educating students in four specific areas - Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics.
Professional Plating has been a long-time supporter of student success in the area of workforce development. The skills that local students will learn in STEM education will best prepare the next generation's workforce.
The $1.7 million dollar cost of the new elementary school facility got a major boost with Professional Plating's donation; and the donation takes on an even more powerful impact in creating momentum for other businesses and foundations to jump on board.
General Manager Larry Dietz' comment, "we are looking forward to watching our Brillion area schools continue to lead not only the State of Wisconsin, but the entire country".
